Introduction
This feature will allow you to configure the list of necessary document types that a customer needs to provides for their claims on a specific product.

Prerequisites
Add new document type
On Document Checklist tab, click on Add Document Type button. It will show a popup for you to provide new document type information.

After you’re done with required field document type information, you need to click Save to accept the changes. The changes will be reflected in the Document Checklist list.

If you’re ok, please click Yes to accept deleting the fielddocument type. The field document type will disappear from the Document Checklist list.
Use Document Checklist in Claim Details
On a claim with the product that has the document checklist defined, it will show the document checklist as a list of document types in Documents tab of Claim Details by default.
For example: product Travel has 3 document types defined: Boarding pass, Flight ticket and Medical report. By default, it will show like this on Claim Documents:
