1. Introduction
In this guide, you will learn how to set up sales channels, products, and sales commissions for both renewal and new business. This feature will help you effectively manage sales incentives for your team based on their performance. Let's get started.
a. Before you begin
Before you set up a sales channel, make sure you have the following information and requirements ready:
Your permission on Seamless (“Manage Products”)
A clear understanding of the new sales channel, the products your sales channel will offer, and the commissions on the sales channel.
2. Set up a sales channel
Once logged in Seamless, navigate to the cogwheel menu → "Sales Channels" section.
Click on "Add Sales Channel".
Add sale channel details, such as reference, name, and any other relevant information. You can refer to the table below

No, it is not possible. Every product available for sale must be linked to a sales channel.
