Introduction
“Workflows” is the module that allows users to create, edit, or activate/deactivate a workflow to use in the Seamless system.
By integrating the BPMN model ( Business Process Model and Notation ) with events occurring in the system, users can create a variety of automated or manual processes. The processes can run automatically and offer guidance based on predefined workflows.
When clicking on the menu “Workflows”, we can access the Workflow list . This is the page where you can manage all workflows in Seamless.

The benefits of using the workflow:
Workflows are useful for ensuring that important processes are done the right way every time.
A workflow is a repeatable process that consists of a series of tasks that generally need to be completed in a specific sequence.
A workflow is the progression of work moving smoothly from one stage to the next until it is finished.
Workflow could help to perform an automatic chain of actions, based on how it is configured. Example:
Send out Notifications, emails, or SMS when Created or terminated Policies.
Auto Cancellation, Termination, Renewal Invite…
Trigger rule for validating Claim
…
To gain a deeper understanding of the workflow, you can see an application of it in the system: Claim Workflow
