This feature is to allow a mother company to view its subsidiary companies' data (frame agreements, applications, guarantees) using only one mother company’s portal user account.
To enable this:
Go to Mother company account details and add “Child” relationship with its subsidiaries.
Add an User Account to mother company so that mother company can use that account to access to Portal.
On Portal, login with the mother company’s user account.
On Company menu, select the company to view its data.
You can select the mother company and then you can view frame agreements, application, guarantees of the mother company.
You can select one of subsidiary company and then you can view frame agreements, application, guarantees of the selected subsidiary company. If mother company shares frame agreements with its subsidiary, you can see the shared frame agreement on child company.
As usual, if subsidiary company logs in with its portal user account, subsidiary company will see only its data.
