Connect subsidiary companies to one portal user account

This feature is to allow a mother company to view its subsidiary companies' data (frame agreements, applications, guarantees) using only one mother company’s portal user account.

Table of Contents

For Mother company users

  1. Firstly, you need to make sure that you already created Parent-Child relationship between a Mother company and its Subsidiary companies: Go to Mother company account details → scroll to the section RELATIONSHIPS → click image-20241113-121801.png to add “Child” relationship with its subsidiaries. Or go to each subsidiary company account and add “Parent” relationship with its Mother company.

  1. Secondly, to manage your subsidiary companies on portal, you need to add a (Portal) User Account to the Mother company so that the Mother company can use that account to access to portal: Go to Mother company account details → scroll to the section USER ACCOUNT → click image-20241113-121801.png to add a new user account. If you already have the existing accounts, just use them for the next step. Here you can create multiple accounts for each Mother company’s user.

  2. On Company menu, select a company to view its data.

    1. You can select the Mother company to view its frame agreements, application, and guarantees. As usual, you can create applications under the Mother company and send them for approval.

    2. You can select one of subsidiary companies in the list to view its frame agreements, application, and guarantees. If Mother company shares frame agreements with its subsidiary, you can see the shared frame agreement in subsidiary company. In addition, you can create applications under the selected subsidiary company and send them for approval.

For Subsidiary company users

As usual, if you log into portal using a Subsidiary company’s portal user account, you can only see frame agreements, application, and guarantees of that Subsidiary company. In addition, you can create applications under that subsidiary company and send them for approval as normal.
