Guarantee
Prerequisites
The guarantee module must be enabled.
A guarantee is created when an application is accepted and the installment paid.
Guarantees
All the guarantees that belong to an account are shown on the “Guarantees“ tab of the Account. The user can terminate, replicate, or download documents of the guarantee by clicking on the buttons under the Action column.Guarantee Details
Original Guarantee:
The Original Guarantee in the guarantee details form shows all original guarantee info that the user provides when creating the application:Amendment Guarantee:
The user can amend a guarantee, by clicking on the “Amend“ button in the Guarantee Details form. The Create Amendment form will be shown to the user to update or edit the guarantee info including:Basic information
Contract and guarantee: Underlying contract, guarantee phases
Payment: Guarantee fee, other fee
Guarantor and third-party
Replicate Guarantee:
This function allows the user to create a new application with the same info as the Guarantee selected by clicking on the “Replicate“ button in the Guarantee details.When the user clicks on the “Replicate“ button in the Guarantee details, a “Replicate guarantee options“ pop-up is displayed for the user to select the product name which they want to replicate the guarantee:
A create application form is displayed when the user selects the product and then clicks on the “Replicate“ button. The fields in the create application form are auto-filled as the guarantee info selected to duplicate.
