Global settings on Products
This page shows you how to use the Product Settings tab in Seamless. It’s where you manage global rules and settings that apply to every product in your tenant, no need to configure each product one by one.
What You’ll Learn
Adjust quote and renewal behavior: Control how long quotes stay valid, when they expire, and how renewals are triggered or purchased
Turn on or off automatic policy emails: Choose whether Seamless sends out emails after a policy is issued
Set who receives quote and policy emails: Decide if emails go to sellers or customers by default
Define a cooling-off period for policy terminations: Set how Seamless handles early cancellations and termination fees
Set sales discount permissions and limits: Link discount levels to user permissions and control max allowed percentages
Customize quote/ policy related documents and emails: Choose the templates used when sharing quotes and policies
Select a template for SOA documents: Pick a standard Statement of Advice template to use across your tenant
Enable and configure quote-related entities: Link quotes with intermediaries or other entities involved in the sale
Manage shared lookup lists used across products: Control global data like tax rates, cities, and more — used in all products

This gives you access to open and update global product configurations.
