Introduction
Reminders List are a list of recurrent notifications created on Seamless.
Examples: Payment reminders, Policy Expiry Warning Reminders, etc
Reminders are created by a specific event that happened on Seamless and it is configured in other configurable modules. This setting allow you to view all the created reminders and check their status.
Prerequisites
Users with “View system settings” permission can access the page in read-only mode.
In order to update the settings, they must have “Manage system settings” permission.

Object Type | The object that this reminder is created for |

Object Reference | Reference ID of the Object (Claim reference id, customer reference id, etc) |

Start Date | First reminder date |

Last notified date | Last time the reminder has been triggered |

Next notified date | Next time the reminder will be triggered |

Counter | Number of times the reminder has been triggered |
