Introduction

Allow you to configure how long Seamless data will be kept.

Prerequisites

• Users with “View system settings” permission can access the page in read-only mode.

• In order to update the settings, they must have “Manage system settings” permission.

Compliance Settings

Open

1. Discard Quote Delete In Days: discarded quote will be deleted after configured day(s)

2. Enable Customer Deletion

   • Default as unchecked.

   • When checked Customers (Accounts) will be deleted after configured day(s) since the last activity made.

   • You will be required to input “Delete Period After Last Customer Activity (in Days)”

3. Enable Policy Deletion

   • Default as unchecked.

   • When checked Policies will be deleted after configured year(s) after they are expired.

   • You will be required to input “Delete Period for Expired Policies (in Years)”

Important Note:

Any related assets, like documents, will be permanently deleted when their parent object is deleted.
