This feature is to allow a mother company to view its subsidiary companies' data (frame agreements, applications, guarantees) using only one mother company’s portal user account.

For Mother company users
Firstly, you need to make sure that you already created Parent-Child relationship between a Mother company and its Subsidiary companies: Go to Mother company account details → scroll to the section RELATIONSHIPS → click to add “Child” relationship with its subsidiaries. Or go to each subsidiary company account and add “Parent” relationship with its Mother company.
Secondly, to control your subsidiary companies, you need to add a (Portal) User Account to mother company so that mother company can use that account to access to Portal: Go to Mother company account details → scroll to the section USER ACCOUNT → click to add a new user account. If you already have the existing accounts, just use them for the next step.
On Portal, login with the mother company’s user account.
On Company menu, select the company to view its data.
You can select the mother company and then you can view frame agreements, application, guarantees of the mother company.
You can select one of subsidiary companies and then you can view frame agreements, application, guarantees of the selected subsidiary company. If mother company shares frame agreements with its subsidiary, you can see the shared frame agreement on subsidiary company. In addition, you can create applications for subsidiary companies.
For Subsidiary company users
As usual, if subsidiary company logs in with its portal user account, subsidiary company will see only its data.
