Customize built-in FNOL Workflow
We already build the Default FNOL Workflow for you to use instantly.
To access to it, please go to Workflows menu and select Workflow Setup.
On quick search box, enter keyword “FNOL”, it will filter out and show:
Click on “FNOL Default Workflow” to open it.
On the left, there is the toolbox and workflow editor using BPMN.
On the right, there is the property box of the selected notation.
For the Service Task notation, there are three actions pre-defined for FNOL:
Report FNOL
Approve FNOL
Reject FNOL
For the User Task notation, there is one action pre-defined for FNOL:
Manual Approval
After you’re done editing the diagram, you can click on button Save to save the changes on workflow or click on button Reset to revert the changes.
To edit workflow information, click on Edit button, it will show the workflow information where you configure the Workflow Name, Effective Start Date, Effective End Date and Description.
Build a new workflow on demand
You can build your own workflow on demand. See Workflow Setup
