This is the view of policy details.
There are several sections:
Policy Info: brief information about the policy.
On the product name, you can view the version of the product as well as the activation date
Policy Timeline: view changes in QAs and documents over the time.
Premium: premium breakdown
Cover breakdown: premium per cover. This should be the breakdown value from table “Premium” after applying all pricing components such as Underwriting Adjustment, Sales discount, Commissions, or Taxes.
Payment schedule: list all payments and their amount, status…
If the user receives a request from the policyholder to change the payment option of an active policy, it is possible in Seamless. Please see more details at this link Change policy payment option.
Documents: view and download the latest policy document
On policy details, you can perform several actions on the policy:
Adjust: do mid-term adjustment. See Adjust Policy
Terminate: terminate the policy. See Terminate Policy
Renew: renew the policy. See Renew Policy
