Introduction

This is the page where you can sell all notes which has been made for the currently viewing customer.

Prerequisites

To access this tab, you should have the “View notes” permission.

You need to have the “Create notes” permission to see this button.

This action is to open the Create Note form popup where you can create a new note for the currently viewing customer.

To create a new note, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form.

You need to have the “Update notes” permission to see this button.

This action is to open the Update Note form popup where you can adjust information of the note.

You need to have the “Delete notes” permission to see this button.

This action is to completely delete a note. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
