Introduction

This tab gives you an overview on all cases which are reported for the currently viewing customer.

Cases

Create Case

This button is to open the Create Case form popup where you can create a new case.

To create a new case, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form.

Assign User

This action is to assign a specific user to handle the case.

Edit Case

This action is to open the Update Case form popup where you can adjust information of the selected case.

Delete Case

This action is to completely delete a case. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
