When a policy is terminated, Seamless will send a termination request to GTR with the terminated reason. If the policy termination reason doesn’t support the list of GTR’s termination reasons, Seamless will not send the reason to GTR

This is the list of supported termination reasons:

  • UnpaidPremium - (ReasonCode = “1”)

  • ChangeOfInsurer - (RC = “2“)

  • Miscellaneous - (RC = “3“)

  • Sold - (RC = “13“)

  • RemovalOfInactiveRegistration - (RC = “4“)

  • No labels
