Introduction
This is the page where you can manage the lead accounts in Seamless; also, to convert the leads into customer accounts.
Prerequisites
In order to access the leads list, you should have “View leads” permission.
The page can be accessed via the “Accounts” → “Leads” menu option.
Lead List
Create Lead
You need to have the “Create leads” permission to see this button.
This action is to open the Create Lead form popup where you can create a new lead.
To create a new lead, you needs to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form.
Delete Lead
You need to have the “Delete leads” permission to see this button.
The action is only enabled after you has selected at least 1 lead to be deleted, it allows you to delete multiple leads at the same time.
Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog. After confirming, the selected leads will be deleted completely.
Convert Lead
This action is to open the Create account form popup where you can convert the lead into a new Person or Company Account.
To convert the lead to a new account, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form.
Edit Lead
You need to have the “Update leads” permission to see this button.
This action is to open the Update Lead form popup where you can adjust information of the lead.
Delete Lead
You need to have the “Delete leads” permission to see this button.
This action is to completely delete a single lead. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
Search & filter
This provides more search criteria for the Lead entity:
First Name
Last Name
Mobile
Email
KAM
Company Name
Address
Postcode
City
Country
If multiple search criteria are selected/input, the system will combine all the criteria and search for the leads who have corresponding attributes matching/containing the search values.
