The "Leads" feature helps you manage potential customers who haven't made a purchase yet. Seamlessly create, edit, or remove leads, and keep track of all your prospects in one place to grow your customer base effectively.

Manage leads

 View leads in the tenant

You need to have the privilege permissions to perform this action. (View leads)

  1. Access Accounts menu → Leads

The Leads list displays key details like Name, Company, Mobile, Email, and Organization. Click an lead name to view details, reorder columns by dragging, or customize the displayed columns using the column config option.

Easily search and filter the lead list by name, email, mobile, or other details to quickly find what you need. If multiple search criteria are used, the system combines them to display accounts with matching attributes for all selected values.

The Lead Details page provides a comprehensive view of lead information

This section gives you all the information about the sale. Besides, you can also perform the following actions:

Create & Convert leads

 Create lead

You need to have the Create leads permission to perform this action.

  1. Access to Accounts menu → Leads

  2. Click image-20250117-073536.png in the Lead List

  3. Fill in mandatory fields

  4. Click image-20250117-073750.png to add the lead

 Convert lead to a customer
  1. Access to Accounts menu → Leads

  2. Click on a lead in the Lead List

  3. Choose to convert the lead into a Person or Company account

  4. Input necessary information in the Create account form

  5. Save the form to create the customer account

 Import multiple leads
