Log in to Customer Portal

First time login

On the first time login, you’re forced to update your password.

  1. Open customer portal (the url is provided on the invitation email)

  2. Enter the Username and Password (Username and Password are provided on invitation email).

  3. Click LOGIN. This opens “CREATE NEW PASSWORD” screen.

  4. Input New Password and Confirm Password

  • Password Requirements:

    • At least 8 characters

    • At least 1 uppercase letter

    • At least 1 number

    • At least 1 special characters

  1. Click “CREATE NEW PASSWORD”. This open Login screen again.

  2. Enter the Username and the new password

  3. Click LOGIN.

The password generated by the system will be valid in 72 hours. If you don’t update your password within the first 72 hours, the password will be expired. Please contact your system administrator to get new invitation.

Reset password

  1. On Login page, click “Reset password” link. This opens RESET PASSWORD screen.

  2. Enter Username

  3. Click SUBMIT. This opens the “CREATE NEW PASSWORD” screen. In the meantime, an email with verification code will be sent to the email address associated to your username.

  4. Enter the Verification code, new password and confirm new password

  5. Click CREATE NEW PASSWORD. This opens Login screen again.

  6. Enter the Username and the new password

  7. Click LOGIN
