The Document Templates builder makes it easy to manage templates for quotes, policies, summaries, emails, termination letters, and more. Use handy placeholders to quickly create templates customized for specific product versions.

You need to have permission to Manage Document Templates to access this page.

  1. Access Insurance menu → Document Templates

  2. View all the templates (pdf document, email, sms, push notification) in the tenant

  3. (Optional) Click on image-20250122-031719.png to view all the archived templates

  4. Find templates in the list by Search & Filter button, or entering the template name into the search box to search.

Click on a template name in the list to open its details page. All templates in Seamless are built using HTML. For a complete guide to template attributes, check out Template Details.

  1. Click image-20250122-032324.png to open the Create Template form.

  2. Fill in all mandatory fields. Refer to Template Details to understand the attributes.

  3. Upload template attachments, such as design materials (e.g., icon files, CSS).

  4. Click SAVE to create the template.
