FNOL Details

FNOL Details tab contains information about the FNOL.

On the left, there is a collapsible sidebar providing FNOL case information.

On the right, there are 2 boxes providing Task list and Related Cases information.

FNOL Information

On FNOL information, you need to provide these information:

  1. Select the Organization, where you want to register the claim in.

  2. Select the Account, who is the policyholder and the default claimant of the claim.

  3. Select Product to claim on.

  4. Select Date of Loss which is the date that claim/incident happened.

  5. Select Policy to claim on.

  6. Enter Address, Phone Number, Email Address information of the claimant.

  7. You might need to change Claim Handler to another person.

  8. You might need to enter some notes about the claim.

  9. Finally, click Save button to save FNOL information. This Save action might trigger to show next action buttons if it’s defined in the workflow that the FNOL case is using. For example: if you use this built-in FNOL workflow, after you save the FNOL information successfully, it will show two action buttons: Approve and Register Claim and Reject. Click on one of these buttons will trigger the next action according to the defined workflow. See more Configure FNOL Workflow

Besides FNOL Information, you can attach related documents/files to the FNOL case and also add Notes to it.

FNOL case’s Workflow

If the FNOL uses a workflow. You can show it by clicking on Show workflow button on the top-right corner.

It will show the workflow below, like this:

  • Step (for example Report FNOL) with grey background color means that you’re already done this step.

  • Step (for example Approve and Register Claim) with green color background means that you’re at this step and you need to take action in order to move to next step.

  • Step (for example Reject FNOL Claim) with white color background means that you haven’t done the step.
