Claim List
Introduction
Claims is the module to manage claims that are registered on policies.
When clicking on the menu Claim List, all claims will be displayed, as shown in Claim List.
Prerequisites
You need to have permission to View Claims or Manage Claims to access to this page.
Claim List
CLAIM LIST lists all the claims that have been created in your tenant.
On Claim List, you can:
See the list of claims that have been created. Each claim has these information:
Reference: a unique ID to identify the claim. You can search for a claim by this number.
Account Name: customer’s name. Click on the name will navigate you to Account Details.
Object Name: a short summary about the insured object.
Date of Loss: date that incident happened.
Reported Date: date that the claim is reported.
Status: current claim status. Claim can have one of these status:
Registered: claim has been registered and no reserve set up.
Open: claim is in processing.
Closed: claim is settled and no more payment required.
Product: product from that the claim is registered in.
Claim Handler: user who will process the claim.
Organization: the organization that the quote is created in. This is customer’s organization.
Create claim/Register claim: register a new claim. See Register a Claim.
Edit claim: edit an existing claim. See Edit claim
View Claim Details: click on claim reference number to see Claim Details. See Claim Details.
