Seamless provides various ways to search for claims.
Search in Claim List
To search claims, on Claim List, find this search tool on the right-hand side.
Recent Claims dropdown allows you to quickly navigate to one recently viewed claim.
Filter dropdown allows you to quickly filter the claim list using a saved filter.
Search & Filter button allows you to search claims/filter the claim list by specific claim data fields. Clicking on this button will open the Search & Filter sidebar.
You can enter/select multiple search keywords. Here is the list of standard search fields:
Reference: search by claim reference number.
Object name: search by object name.
Account: Enter a part of the account name and select one from the list.
Org. No./NIN
Status: can select multiple statuses.
Date of Loss from … to …
Reported Date from … to …
Policy reference no.
Claim handler
Notes
Products
Organization
There might be more custom search fields, specifically configured for your business. For ex:
Case type
Workflow states
UW Year
Last Activity From … days ago
Event
Event Date from … to …
Hit Search button to proceed.
Then you can save the filter for later use by clicking on Save button.
Provide the filter name, then select filter type (“Global” if you want other users can use your saved filter or “Private” if you want to keep it for yourself). Click Save to confirm.
Later, on the Filter dropdown on the Claim List, you can select the saved filter to quickly filter the list.
All search criteria use AND operator.
For ex, if you select Account = “Company Ltd.” and select Status = “Registered;Open”, the claim list will show claims that belong to account “Company Ltd.” and have status “Registered” or “Open”.
Global Search
On global search box, select Claims in the entity list.
Then enter the claim reference no. into the box, system will show the result suggestion on the fly.
If you want to navigate to the claim immediately, just click on the reference no. Or hit Enter to see the entire search result.
To search on advanced criteria, on the Search & Filter right sidebar, select more Properties to search for.
