Seamless provides various ways to search for claims.

Global Search

On global search box, select Claims in the entity list.

Open

Then enter the claim reference no. into the box, system will show the result suggestion on the fly.

Open

If you want to navigate to the claim immediately, just click on the reference no. Or hit Enter to see the entire search result.

To search on advanced criteria, on the Search & Filter right sidebar, select more properties to search for. For ex: the result will be narrowed down.

Search in Claim List

To search claims, on Claim List, find these search tools:

Click on Search & Filter button to open the Search & Filter sidebar. You can enter:

• Reference: search by claim reference number

• Object name: search by object name

• Account: search by account

• Status

• Date of Loss from & to

• Reported Date from & to

• Policy reference no.

• Claim handler

• Product

• Organization

All search criteria use AND operator.
