Waiting-for-payment quote

1. Introduction

Seamless provides the ability to collect the payment first before issuing a policy. If your business is payment-first, this ability will be suitable for you.

2. Process waiting for a payment quote

Permission

You need to have permission to mark the instalment as paid to perform the action

1. After purchasing a quote (details in Purchase Quotesarchived ) successfully, you will see your quote in the list of Quotes Waiting For Payment as the image below

2. When accessing the quote details, there is a button for 1st installment, in the Payment Schedule section for marking the installment as paid

3. You can also see all the quote information, such as quote document, quote details, payment plan, etc.

4. When marking the installment as paid, the 1st installment can be considered as fully paid, and then the policy will be issued

   1. The details of marking as paid an installment can be viewed at Mark as paid manuallyarchived

3. Quotation list

The quote list includes the waiting-for-payment quote, along with its current status.
