Claim Permissions

To configure the permission on Claim module, you need to go to Roles and Permissions.
Below is the list of permissions on Claim module.

| View claims | Allows user to view claim list, claim basic information, claim details, related policy details, related claims and claim history (not including sensitive information) |
| Create claims | Allows user to create claim and fill in claim details |
| Edit claims | Allows user to edit claim basic information, claim details (not including sensitive information) |
| Close claims | Allows user to close claim manually |
| Reopen claims | Allows user to reopen claim manually |
CLAIM RELATED DETAILS | ||
| View claim documents | Allows user to view claim documents list and claim documents (not including sensitive information) |
| Manage claim documents | Allows user to view, upload, edit or delete claim documents (not including sensitive information) |
| View claim notes | Allows user to view claim notes |
| Manage claim notes | Allows user to view, add, edit or delete claim notes |
CLAIM TRANSACTIONS | ||
| View claim transactions | Allows user to view claim transaction list and claim transaction details |
| Create claim transactions | Allows user to create claim transactions, including Reserve, Payment and Recovery |
| Approve payments | Allows user to view list of payments pending for approval and approve payments |
| Change "Adjust Reserve" option for a payment | Allows user to change "Adjust Reserve" option for a payment |
| Change "Adjust Recovery" option for a payment | Allows user to change "Adjust Recovery" option for a payment |
CLAIM ADMINISTRATION | ||
| Manage Settings | Allows user to manage all claim settings (view/create/edit/delete), including Claim Types, Cause Types, Claim Elements, Documents Checklist, Claim Form Builders, Limit Groups |
| Manage recipient list | Allows user to update or delete vendors/claimants/recipients which can be shared across claim module |
