1. Introduction

The Users module is designed to facilitate user management within the system. To access Seamless, end-users are required to have an account or a username, which can be created by tenant owners or any users with permissions to manage users.

2. User list

Clicking on the "Users" menu will open up the "User list" screen, as depicted below.

Field

Description

Action

The following are the actions that you can perform on a user account. Further details can be found in the sections below.

Display name

The displayed name in the user profile.

Username

The username used for logging into Seamless.

Email

The registered email address of the current user.

Created date

The date when the current user was created.

Has site access

Whether the user has access to Seamless or not.

  • The field can be "No" when the user's permission has been revoked or when the user hasn't accessed Seamless for the first time.

  • Username: This is the registered username used for logging into Seamless. It only accepts letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), underscores (_), dashes (-), and periods (.).
