1. Introduction

This is the page where you can manage all sales of your customers in Seamless. Also, to track your sales stage which is defined in the corresponding pipeline.

2. Prerequisite

In order to access the Sales module, you need to have these permissions: View Sales, Create Sales, Update Sales, and Delete Sales to have full control.

3. Sale List

The Sale List provides you with some information about the sales:

Reference/ ID of a sale

Account

The customer who own/ hold a sales

  • By clicking on the Account, you will be redirected to the corresponding Account Details page

Pipeline

The pipeline of the sale

  • By clicking on the Pipeline, you will open the pipeline details

    • You can also change the information of the pipeline as pipeline information, settings, add/remove/edit sales stage.

    • Seamless allow you to use the default sale pipeline for all sales, or you can customize the pipeline for your specific sale

Sales stage

The current stage of the sale

Sales rep

The sales representative name of the sales

KAM

The Key Account Manager of the customer account

Amount

Total deal amount

Currency

The currency of the sales

Product

The product name of the sales

Close date

The date the sales is closed

Last updated

The last updated date of the sales

Organization

The organization of the customer account

In the Sale List table, you can change the column order by dragging and dropping the column name. Additionally, you can select/deselect the columns to be displayed in the table via the column config option:

4. List View

This action allows you to switch to the Card view.

You can drag and drop the sale widget to change its stage directly.

In this mode, you can only see the sales of a specific pipeline at a time. Hence, you will see a new pipeline filter when switching to this mode.

5. Quick Filter

This dropdown allows you to filter the sale list according to:

  • All sales: the sale list displays all sales in your organization

  • My sales: the sale list displays all sales for which you are set as Sales Rep.

6. Search & Filter

This provides more search criteria for the Account entity:

  • Reference

  • Account

  • KAM

  • Pipeline

  • Sales Stage

  • Sales Name

  • Sales Rep.

  • Total Deal Amount

  • Currency

  • Sales Status

  • Product

  • Close Date From

  • Close Date To

  • Annual Contract Value

  • Description

If multiple search criteria are selected/input, the system will combine all the criteria and search for the sales that have corresponding attributes matching/containing the search values.

7. Team in Sales

If your organization or sales department has multiple sales teams, you can indicate the owner team of a given sale by adding the Team to the Sale information. Below is an example.

3. Comment

  1. When you change the quick filter or show/hide a column in the list, that change will be remembered for the next time log in with the same browser.

  2. Columns in the table Sales List are configurable. If you would like to make changes to make the screen to be more aligned with your business, please contact your organization’s system admin or Contemi Support.
