Customize built-in FNOL Workflow

We already build the Default FNOL Workflow for you to use instantly.

To access to it, please go to Workflows menu and select Workflow Setup.

On quick search box, enter keyword “FNOL”, it will filter out and show:

Click on “FNOL Default Workflow” to open it.

• On the left, there is the toolbox and workflow diagram using BPMN.

• On the right, there is the property box of the selected notation.

Click on Edit button, it will show the workflow information where you configure the Workflow Name, Effective Start Date, Effective End Date and Description.

After you’re done editing, you can click on button Save to save the changes on workflow or click on button Reset to revert the changes.
