Introduction

This section gives you some basic information of the customer, including:

  • Customer name & status

  • Customer’s address map

  • Reference

  • Org. No

  • Address

  • Postcode

  • Industry

  • Credit Rating

Edit Account

This action is to open the Update Account form popup where you can adjust information of the customer (Similar to Edit Account).

Create Note

This action allows you to directly create a note for the currently viewing customer (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/DvtejLP0), so you don’t need to select the “Related Records” in the form.

Make a Call

This action allows you to directly call the currently viewing customer via his/her Company Phone number.

Consents

This action allows you to update the consents settings for the currently viewing customer.

Once saving the settings, the system will also record the user who updated the settings and the update time.
