1. Introduction
All the documents that are generated on this account, as well as uploaded documents, are displayed in this tab. The documents can be generated in a quote, a policy, a claim, etc.
When click on a document name, or click on the download button, you can download the document to your local device
When click on the remove button and confirm, you can remove the document from Seamless
2. Upload document
You can upload external documents to Seamless, make sure that all the documents of the customer can be centralized in 1 place - that is Seamless!
Field | Description |

Name | Name of the document |
Document Tags | Tag of the document. When you mark the document tag correctly, it will help you in searching quickly. The document tags can be claim reference or policy reference |
Related Records | A source data that a document is attached to. When you choose a quote or a policy reference, then the document will be displayed in the quote or policy details.  |
Description | Description of the document (for example: Policy document, Claim document, etc.) |
Upload Document | Place to upload your document, 1 field only |
3. Download document
You can download a single document by clicking on the download button at each record
To download multiple documents at per time, you can select document records and click on the Download Documents button to download all selected documents. The downloaded file will be in the ZIP format
4. Generate document
The document can be generated automatically when purchasing a policy. However, if you want to use the policy data to generate another template (for example motor certificate, renewal document, etc.) that is not generated in the policy, you can use this function
