Introduction
This is the page where you can manage the Contacts for corresponding customer accounts in Seamless.
Pre-requisites
In order to access the contacts list, you should have “View contacts” permission.
The page can be accessed via the “Accounts” → “Contacts” menu option.
Contact List
Action | Name | Description |
---|---|---|
| Create | You need to have the “Create contact” permission to see this button. This action is to open the Create Contact form popup where you can create a new contact account. To create a new contact, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form |
| Delete | You need to have the “Delete contact” permission to see this button. This action is to completely delete a contact. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog. |
Search & Filter | This provides more search criteria for the Account entity:
If multiple search criteria are selected/input, the system will combine all the criteria and search for the contacts who have corresponding attributes matching/containing the search values. More info in https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/t6Dm0NAd |
