On the example screen above, you can see there are three types of claim documents that are necessary to be attached to the claim. This list of predefined document types can be configured in Claim Document Checklist.

Upload Document

To upload the document, you can please click on button Upload Document.

It will show the popup where you can enter the Document Name, select Document Type and drag & drop the document file to upload.

are able to switch between 2 tabs “Upload files” from your device OR “link to an external file”

Upload Files:

Whenever screen Document is popped up, tab Upload file is always displayed as default.

After filling in required information, you can click Save button to attach the document. The system only save the information which is in one of two tab filled in/update the latest.

The new document will be displayed in the document list with details as below:

View/Download Document

On Claim Documents list

  • Click on document icon in column File name to view/download document

  • Click on external link icon in column File Name, there will prompt a warning message before redirecting to the external link.

Delete Document

To delete a document, on Claim Documents list, please click on Delete button of a document.

It will show a confirmation popup for you to confirm. If you’re sure you want to delete, just hit Yes button. The document will be removed from the list.
