This is the view of policy details.

There are several sections:

  • Policy Info: brief information about the policy.

    • On the product name, you can view the version of the product as well as the activation date

  • Policy Timeline: view changes in QAs and documents over the time.

  • Premium: premium breakdown

  • Cover breakdown: premium per cover. This should be the breakdown value from table “Premium” after applying all pricing components such as Underwriting Adjustment, Sales discount, Commissions, or Taxes.

  • Payment schedule: list all payments and their amount, status…

    • The installment details will be described in this link Installment details

    • If the user receives a request from the policyholder to change the payment option of an active policy, it is possible in Seamless. Please see more details at this link Change policy payment option.

    • If the user receives a request from the policyholder to change the due date of an installment, it is possible in Seamless. Please see more details at this link Change due date of an installment

  • Documents: view and download the latest policy document

On policy details, you can perform several actions on the policy:
