Introduction

This feature allows you to reopen a claim on demand.

To access this feature, please open a claim details and click on Reopen button (this button is only available when claim is Closed and you have permission to Reopen claims) on Claim summary info box. Prerequisites

To reopen a claim, you need permission “Reopen claims”. See Claim Permissions

Reopen a claim

On this popup, you need to specify:

  • The Reason: that you need to reopen a claim.

After you’re done with required information, you need to click Yes button to accept reopening the claim. If a claim is reopened successfully, system will show a toast message.

And the status of the claim will be updated on the claim details and in Claim list.
