Introduction

This is the page where you can manage the Contacts for corresponding customer accounts in Seamless.

Prerequisites

In order to access the contacts list, you should have “View contacts” permission.

The page can be accessed via the “Accounts” → “Contacts” menu option.

Contact List

Create Contact

You need to have the “Create contact” permission to see this button.

This action is to open the Create Contact form popup where you can create a new contact account.

To create a new contact, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form.

Delete Contact

You need to have the “Delete contact” permission to see this button.

This action is to completely delete a contact. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.

Search & Filter

This provides more search criteria for the Account entity:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Account

If multiple search criteria are selected/input, the system will combine all the criteria and search for the contacts who have corresponding attributes matching/containing the search values.
