Introduction

This is the page where you can manage the Contacts for corresponding customer accounts in Seamless.

Pre-requisites

In order to access the contacts list, you should have “View contacts” permission.

The page can be accessed via the “Accounts” → “Contacts” menu option.

Contact List

Column

Description

Name

Contact’s name, this field contains First Name and Last Name of the lead

Related account

Customer account which relates to the contact

Mobile

Phone number of the contact

Email

Email address of the contact

Organization

Organization of the contact

Action

Name

Description

 

Create

You need to have the “Create contact” permission to see this button.

This button is to open the Create Contact form popup where you can create a new Person or Company Account.

To create a new account, you need to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form

 

Delete

You need to have the “Delete contact” permission to see this button.

This button is to completely delete a contact. Before processing this action, you need to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.

Search & Filter

This provides more search criteria for the Account entity:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Account

If multiple search criteria are selected/input, the system will combine all the criteria and search for the contacts who have corresponding attributes matching/containing the search values.
