The Sales Details page gives you an overview on the sale information through various sections:

Sales Information

This section gives you all information of the sale. Besides, you can also perform following actions:

Edit

This action is to open the Update Sale form popup where you can adjust information of the sale (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/GynU9SkA).

Make a call

This action allows you to directly call the Company Phone number of the customer. If the customer has other contacts, all the contacts’ phone number will also appear here.

Create note

This action allows you to directly create a note for the currently viewing sale (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/DvtejLP0), so you don’t need to select the “Related Records” in the form.

Create task

This action allows you to directly create a new task for the currently viewing sale (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/e15bo6PH), so you don’t need to select the “Related Records” in the form.

Summary

This tab shows the current stage of the sale as well as other related information via various widgets i.e. Cases, Notes and Contacts.

You can also config the widgets via the “Config layout” button (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHC/pages/1754955813/Dashboard#Create-Dashboard).

Contacts

This tab displays all contacts of the sale’s customer. By clicking on the Contact Name, you will be redirected to the corresponding Contact Details page (https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/68tMJSLQ).
