This section provides you with all the information about the sale. Additionally, you can edit sales using the following actions:

3. Edit a Sale

This action will open the Update Sale form popup, allowing you to modify the sale information (similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/GynU9SkA).

a. Make a call

This feature enables you to directly dial the customer's company phone number. If the customer has multiple contacts, their phone numbers will also be displayed here for your convenience.

b. Create note

This action allows you to directly create a note for the currently viewing sale (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/DvtejLP0), so you don’t need to select the “Related Records” in the form.

c. Create task

This action allows you to directly create a new task for the currently viewing sale (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/e15bo6PH), so you don’t need to select the “Related Records” in the form.

d. Summary

This tab displays the current stage of the sale and other associated information through various widgets, such as Cases, Notes, and Contacts.

You can also config the widgets via the “Config layout” button (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHC/pages/1754955813/Dashboard#Create-Dashboard).

e. Contacts

This tab displays all contacts of the sale’s customer. By clicking on the Contact Name, you will be redirected to the corresponding Contact Details page (https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/68tMJSLQ).

f. Cases

This tab displays the support case list of the currently viewing sale (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHC/pages/1760591895/Case+Management#Case-List).

g. Notes

This tab displays all created notes of the currently viewing sale.

You can also directly create a new note via the “Create” button (Similar to https://contemi.atlassian.net/l/c/DvtejLP0), Edit or Delete the note.
