2. Policy details
When accessing a policy, you'll have access to all the relevant details.
a. Policy info
This is a brief overview of the policy.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Period | The latest policy period: policy start date - policy end date |
Product | The product that the policy is created by
|
Channel | The sales channel through which the policy is sold |
Effective Date | The latest policy effective date
|
Policy premium | The latest policy period premium (the premium that the customer pays for) |
Annual premium | The recent policy annual premium |
Status | The recent policy status

Previous insurer | The previous insurer of the policy |
Renewal mode | The current renewal mode of the policy

b. Policy status
Status | Description |
---|---|
Created | The policy has been created but has not yet been activated.
|
Active | The policy is active |
Pending Termination | The policy is waiting for termination
|
Pending Renewal Offer | The policy is allowed to generate a renewal quote. -

Expired | The policy is expired |
Terminated | The policy is terminated

This is the place where you can view all the changes in QAs and premiums of the policy during its period.
Seamless will highlight the changes in QA and premium for each slide. Additionally, you can view and download the policy documents about each alteration.

e. Cover breakdown:
Seamless allows you to view all policy covers and their premiums. The displayed premium represents the final amount after applying all factors

On policy details, you can perform several actions on the policy:
