Introduction

This is the page where user can manage the Contacts for corresponding customer accounts in Seamless.

Pre-requisites

In order to access the contacts list, users should have “View contacts” permission.

The page can be accessed via the “Accounts” → “Contacts” menu option.

Contact List

Column

Description

Name

Contact’s name, this field contains First Name and Last Name of the lead

Related account

Customer account which relates to the contact

Mobile

Phone number of the contact

Email

Email address of the contact

Organization

Organization of the contact

Action

Name

Create

User needs to have the “Create contact” permission to see this button.

This button is to open the Create Contact form popup where user can create a new Person or Company Account.

To create a new account, user needs to fill all mandatory information which is marked with asterisk in the form

 

Delete

User needs to have the “Delete contact” permission to see this button.

This button is to completely delete a contact. Before processing this action, user needs to confirm via a Confirmation dialog.
