Commit payment to issue policy

I. Introduction

Seamless allows you to issue a payment-first policy through the commit payment function.

Before you begin

Before you can use the function, there are 2 preconditions:

1. The feature must be turned on. Please reach out to our support team for more details.

2. The permission “Commit payment” must be set for your user role.

II. Commit payment on the waiting-for-payment quote

1. Open a waiting-for-payment quote

2. Scroll down to the Payment Schedule section

3. Click on the 3-dot button

4. Choose the Commit Payment

5. Confirm your action in the confirmation dialog

6. The policy will be issued successfully with the information dialog

   1. 

7. With the committed payment policy, the 1st installment would be unpaid.
