Message Center

The Message Center in Seamless is used to manage chat conversations in the system. This is a centralized place for support team or customer service agents to handle chat messages with their customers.

Currently, Seamless uses WhatsApp Business Platform with Twilio https://www.twilio.com/docs/whatsapp/api for messaging services.

The Message Center is under the COMMUNICATIONS menu:
