Introduction

Claim Workflow feature allows users to customize claim handling workflow depends on your business process.

When a claim is attached to a workflow, workflow will guide users to go through steps (i.e. “Tasks” term in BPMN) to complete claim handling.

Seamless Workflow is using BPMN. Please refer to https://www.bpmn.org/ for more information and tutorials.

Pre-conditions

This requires “Workflow”, “Queue”, and “Case” module to be enabled.
