Documents tab

1. Introduction

This tab defines the email and document templates for the current product version. When generating emails or documents for quotes or policies that are created for this product version, the selected template should be used.

2. Document details

a. Document template

Select the Document template to be used for generating quotes or policy documents. There is one document template only for a product.

b. Email template

Select the Email template to be used for sending quotes or policy documents to customers. There is one document template only for a product.

c. Document template for letter to previous insurer

Select a template to be used for generating a termination letter to the previous insurer. This configuration is for Termination Letter

d. Email template for letter to previous insurer

Select the email template to be used for sending a termination letter to the previous insurer. This configuration is for Termination Letter

e. Terms And Conditions Document

Select the Terms and Conditions document to be attached to the policy email sent to the customer. Note: It can be defined in document template so Terms & Conditions are excluded/included during Quote/Policy email sending.

f. Static Attachments

Select the other static documents to be attached to the policy email sent to the customer. Note: It can be defined in document template so static documents are excluded/included during Quote/Policy email sending.
