Creating Product

1. Introduction

Seamless provides you the ability to define a new product in your tenant.

To add a new product, simply click on "Add Product" on the Product List page, and it will direct you to this page.

a. Before you begin

You need to have permission to Manage Products to access this page.

2. Product Details

To create a new product, you’ll need to enter the following product information:

  1. Product Name: The name can contain spaces or in your language.

  2. Logo: The logo of your product.

    1. When you click on the "Select another logo" button, a list of predefined icons will be displayed for you to choose from. Clicking on "Select" will confirm the choice of icon to be used for the new product.

After completing all the above fields, you must click on "Save" to generate a new product. The system will then open a new tab displaying the newly created product as follows

On this page, you are required to create the 1st version of the product and enter all necessary information. For detailed instructions, please refer to Add Product Version.

3. Add product to Sales Channels

After publishing and activating a product version, you must add the product to the Sales Channels in which you intend to sell it. This ensures that when creating quotes for the product, you first select the designated sales channel. For instructions on how to add a product to Sales Channels, please refer to Sales Channels.
