This tab contains the list of document supporting the claim. You attach the claim documents here as well.
On the example screen above, you can see there are three types of claim documents that are necessary to be attached to the claim. This list of predefined document types can be configured in Claim Document Checklist.
Upload Document
To upload the document, please click on button Upload Document.
It will show the popup where you can enter the Document Name, select Document Type and drag & drop the document file to upload.
After filling in required information, please click Save button to attach the document. The new document will be displayed in the document list with details.
View/Download Document
To view/download document, on Claim Documents list, please click on document name.
Delete Document
To delete a document, on Claim Documents list, please click on Delete button of a document.
It will show a confirmation popup for you to confirm. If you’re sure you want to delete, just hit Yes button. The document will be removed from the list.
