Add notes to a call

Introduction
You can add notes during the call or after the call to keep track of what you have discussed with your customers and to-do tasks to follow up with them later.
Prerequisites
You need to have permission to view/create/edit/delete Notes.
To view notes for a call, you need to have permission to view the own call logs/view call logs.
Add notes to a call
During the call
If you are in the call, please find Notes button on the call popup.
The Note popup will be displayed for you to enter the information.
Click Save when you complete.
After the call
On Call Log list, click Create note button on the call log you want to add notes:
Or on Call Log details, click Create note button:
Or click on Notes icon at the bottom, the Note popup will be displayed.
Select Call Log entity and enter Call log id to add the note:
Click Save when you complete.
View notes for a call
To see all notes captured for a call, please go to Call Log details, then click tab Notes.
Edit notes for a call
On Call Log Notes List, click Edit button on the notes you want to update:
The Note popup will be displayed:
Click Save when you complete.
Delete notes of a call
On Call Log Notes List, click Delete button on the notes you want to delete:
Click Yes on Confirmation popup to delete the note:
