Quote Summary

1. Introduction

At the top of the Quotes list, you can see the Quote Summary document and 2 action buttons: Send Summary and Generate Summary. You can download the latest quote summary by clicking on its name.

2. Generate a new summary

1. Click the Generate Summary button

2. Select quotes by ticking on the tickbox. You can filter the quote list with 2 filter options on the list: Currency and Quote type. Only the quotes with the status Completed can be displayed on the list. You can select up to 10 quotes for one generation

3. Click on the Select button after finishing selecting

4. The system will disable the Generate summary button when generating the document. Your old document will be replaced with the new one.

3. Send a summary through email

1. Click the Send Summary button

2. Select quotes by ticking on the tickbox. You can filter the quote list with 2 filter options on the list: Currency and Quote type. Only the quotes with the status Completed can be displayed on the list

3. Click on the Select button after finishing selecting

4. The system will disable the Generate summary button when generating & sending the document. Your old document will be replaced with the new one. The new document will be sent to the configured emails.
