Introduction

Termination Letter is a function designed for Norway insurance companies.

Termination Letter is obligated to be sent by a new insurance company to the previous insurance company to inform about the inception of the new insurance, and terminate the existing one. Termination letter includes:

• Policyholder details

• Insured object details

• New inception date

• Other messages/notes from Company A to Company B

For example, if customer X currently has a car insurance with Company A, and goes to Company B to buy a policy for the that car, Company B (new insurer) must send the termination letter to Company A (previous insurer) to inform about the change on the car insurance.

Prerequisites

You should define the following information:

• Termination Letter and Email for each product
