How to change Risk question label?
Step 1:
Users should login to Seamless
Access to menu “Insurance”
Choose tab “Product Builder” to view all products
Step 2:
In the product list, browse for the product you would like to make change, and then click on the product name to view the product details.
Step 3:
Click on the action icon (as the illustration below) to clone a new product version from the current one.
Step 4:
Click on tab “Sales process” to view the layout of Question page.

Step 5:
Let’s change the label for questions in section Policyholder.
Single click on the label of the question
The field becomes editable mode with cursor
User enters the new label
User leaves the label when finishing editing by clicking outside the field (anywhere else).
Do the same thing for all questions that you would like to change the label.
Step 6:
When you have done with all changes, save the changes by scrolling down to the bottom of the page, and click on button “Save”.
Notes: after saving the current screen, the current product version has not been “effective” yet until the user publishes the current product version. – see step 7.
If users create a Disability quote now, new labels are not effective yet.
Step 7:
After saving successfully, button “Publish” is visible.
After publishing a product version successfully, tag “Active” will be visible next to the product version name. – see figure below.
Once the product version is published, when creating a new quote, new labels are applied.
