Customer Report
Customer Report (mm/dd/yyyy - mm/dd/yyyy): the reporting period of extracted records
Last refreshed mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm: the last time data being refreshed to reflect on the report
Controls
Filter the report based on a set of supporting criteria:
From Date: period start date of the reporting being shown on the report
To Date: period end date of the reporting being shown on the report
Organization: filter policies belong to selected organizations
Customer Type: filter by type of customer (Company, Person
Customer Status: filter by customer status (Prospect, Customer, Lost)

Customers summary:
Number of customers: count of customers created during the time period
Number of New today: count of new customers today
Number of Prospect today: count of new customer with status of Prospect today
Number of Lost today: count of new customer with status of Lost today
Number of new customers and premium by date: customer count and policy premium during the time period
Number of customers by age group
Note: As date of birth might not be mandatory, empty age group is customers that haven’t provided their date of birth yet.
Top 10 customer bought the most: top 10 customers with names who bought multiple policies during the time period
Number of customer by location
Note: As City might not be a mandatory information, empty location are customers who haven’t provided their address with City info yet.
Number of customer by status
Channels attract the most customer: customer with preferred channels of communications.
Note: Empty are customers who haven’t provided their preferred communication channel yet
Detailed Information: raw data set used for above graphs & diagrams
